MedeaTec is an organization that provides services and solutions to industry in general, and to the Oil & Gas sector in particular, in the areas of Facilities Integrity Management, Risk, Corrosion, Engineering and IT Solutions.
MedeaTec is made up of a multidisciplinary team organized into areas. We have experienced professionals in each field of application, with a track record of successful results. We rely on teamwork, which is why we also have strategic alliances with different professionals with the goal of offering comprehensive solutions.
Our goal is to provide solutions and services tailored to our clients' needs. We consider it essential to satisfy our clients, be efficient and offer answers that translate into profit and value. In order to satisfy and meet the expectations and requirements of its clients, new markets, interested parties and legal requirements, MedeaTec has its Quality Management System certified under the international standard ISO 9001:2015. MedeaTec's Management undertakes the following commitments, which are the pillars of its Quality Policy:

Information Security Policy
At Medeatec, we understand that information is a critical asset that underpins our facilities integrity consulting services in general and our software development (including the OMEGA platform).
Management establishes this Information Security Policy as a framework to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, ensuring the continuity of our services, the trust of clients and interested parties, and compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Management Commitments:
1. Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability
Protect sensitive information of clients, projects and partners, ensuring its accuracy, traceability
and timely access. Guarantee the availability and continuity of critical services and digital
platforms, reducing the risk of interruptions that could affect our clients' operations and
decision-making.
2. Competence and Awareness
Train and/or raise awareness among all staff and contractors on information security
and cybersecurity, fostering active responsibility in data protection.
3. Commitment to Information
Implement access controls based on need-to-know and least privilege,
periodically reviewing permissions and credentials. Establish backup and
disaster recovery mechanisms, performing periodic tests to ensure business
continuity.
4. Compliance with Requirements
Comply with all relevant requirements related to information security.
5. Continuous Improvement
Continuously review and improve the Information Security Management System
(ISMS), ensuring it adapts to changes in the business, technology, threats and the requirements
of interested parties.
